EASY REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
At HAPPY PLACE MAPS, we aim to provide a straightforward replacement and refund process for eligible items. All items are shipped with tracking.
Please open your package as soon as it arrives. If there is any issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
It you notice any issues or have a query, please use the Contact Us form and include your order number, delivery date, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps and arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged, Lost or Faulty Items
If your map arrives damaged or defective, it will be replaced promptly.
Personalized Items
Check product photos and descriptions carefully. Review your proof thoroughly for spelling or artwork errors. Once approved for printing, personalized items cannot be edited, returned, or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.
As all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, missed timeframes, or incorrect quantities.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if in original condition and approved by us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Goods
The following cannot be replaced or refunded:
a. Goods held by you, your designer, or agent for more than 7 days.
b. Goods not in original condition.
c. Made-to-order personalized items, unless faulty or damaged.
